1. Agreement

By purchasing or using the AI Staff Kit ("Product"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and aistaffkit.com.

2. Product Description

The AI Staff Kit is a digital product consisting of configuration files, prompt templates, guides, and supporting documentation designed to help users create AI-powered workflows using third-party AI platforms (such as Claude Desktop by Anthropic). The Product is delivered electronically as a downloadable file.

3. Digital Product - No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Once the Product has been delivered and the download link has been made available to you, the transaction is complete. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that cannot be "returned" and you waive any right to a refund.

If you experience a technical issue with downloading or accessing the Product, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

4. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to:

  • Use the Product for your own personal or business purposes
  • Modify the configuration files for your own use
  • Use the outputs generated by AI employees configured with this Product in your business

5. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the Product with others who have not purchased it
  • Upload the Product (or substantial portions of it) to any public repository, website, or file-sharing platform
  • Use the Product to create a competing product or service
  • Claim authorship of the Product or its contents
  • Transfer your license to another person or entity

You may share small excerpts (such as a single config file) for educational or review purposes, provided you attribute aistaffkit.com as the source.

6. Third-Party Services

The Product is designed to work with Claude Desktop and other AI platforms provided by third parties (including Anthropic). aistaffkit.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic or any other third-party AI provider.

We do not guarantee compatibility with any specific version of third-party software. Third-party platforms may change their features, pricing, or availability at any time. aistaffkit.com is not responsible for changes to third-party services that affect the functionality of the Product.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. aistaffkit.com does not guarantee specific business results, revenue, savings, or outcomes from using the Product. The quality of AI-generated output depends on many factors outside our control, including the AI model used, your business context, and how you configure the system.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aistaffkit.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability for any claim related to the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for it.

9. Lifetime Updates

"Lifetime updates" means you will receive access to future versions of the Product at no additional charge for as long as aistaffkit.com continues to publish updates. This is a good-faith commitment, not a contractual guarantee of perpetual development. aistaffkit.com reserves the right to discontinue updates at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

The Product and its contents (configuration files, guides, templates, documentation, and design) are the intellectual property of aistaffkit.com. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Product, not ownership of the intellectual property.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. law.

12. Changes to Terms

aistaffkit.com reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
